Where can I get help?

We’re here to help! If you have any questions relating to (clarify support email questions here) here’s what you can do:

  • Create an Account in the Support Portal: Start by creating an account in our support portal at https://profitsingularity.kayako.com/. Once you have an account, you'll be able to access dozens of helpful articles that can answer most of your questions. Additionally, you can start conversations with our support team and view your conversation history for easy tracking of your inquiries and our responses.
  • Email Support as Another Option: You can also reach out to our support team directly via email at support@profitsingularity.com. We strive to respond to all emails within 24 hours. Outside of business hours, we'll respond as quickly as possible.
  • For VidBot Questions: If your question is related to VidBot, please direct your inquiries to support@vidbot.ai for specialized support.

  • Join Chris on the Live Q&A and Funnel Reviews: During these calls, we'll help you analyze your video ads and landing pages, and address any complex questions you might have, providing you with the support you need to succeed.
