You don't necessarily have to buy the products you're promoting. Vendors often provide ample resources to help you understand the product on their affiliate resources page and Video Sales Letters (VSLs). Watching the VSL is particularly beneficial as it covers the product in-depth, giving you a better understanding and confidence in your offer.
