In Profit Singularity Breakthrough, we recommend using a 1-1-3 (one campaign, one ad group, and one ad) structure to test different ad video and landing page variations. Once you've set up your first campaign, ad group, and ad in Google Ads, it's time to add two more ads to your existing campaign and ad group. Here's how to create your second and third ads:
Creating Your Second Ad:
- Access Your Ad Group: Navigate to the ad group where your first ad is located.
- Start a New Ad: Click the "+" icon to create a new ad within the same ad group.
- Select a Different Ad Video: For your second ad, choose a different ad video.
- Apply Unique UTM Parameters: Use ClickMagick's Campaign URL Builder to generate a tracking URL with unique UTM parameters for this ad. This ensures you can track the performance of each ad separately.
- Review and Launch: Double-check your ad and its tracking setup, then save to launch your second ad.
Creating Your Third Ad:
- Repeat the Process: Follow the same steps to create your third ad, making sure to select another distinct ad video to test a different variation.
- Use Unique UTM Parameters: Again, use the Campaign URL Builder to create a tracking URL with distinct UTM parameters for your third ad.
- Finalize and Launch: Review your ad and tracking details, then save to launch your third ad.
Monitoring and Optimizing Your Ads:
- Track Performance: Keep an eye on the performance of each ad using ClickMagick, focusing on metrics like click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and cost per conversion.
- Analyze and Adjust: Use the data from your tracking to identify which ad video performs the best. Make adjustments to your other ads based on these insights to improve your overall campaign performance.
